As a work of art, it is exquisite, as always. However, my critique would be toward the effectiveness of the knife when used for what appears to be its intended purpose; i.e. self-defense. It is obviously intended to be used from a reverse-blade underhand technique. The lower three fingers would appear to nestle neatly into their grooves, and the thumb can rest atop the wrench head, however placing the index finger through the wrench end looks to be a bit off. It looks like the index finger would close right around the pointy joint of the wrench, which would be uncomfortable and potentially distracting, or would slide toward the middle finger, breaking up the symmetry and balance. Perhaps keep the first firm corner of the wrench head and then smooth the rest? That would keep up the groove flow from finger to finger and leave the thumb someplace good to sit. Smoothing the inside would allow for a faster and safer "twirl", but then again, it wouldn't look so much like a converted wrench then, either, so you would be sacrificing vision for function and that is no good... It could be just how it appears in the shot, and be fine "in hand", so to speak, but that is my $0.02 worth so I hope it helps.
