It's not this one. I haven't posted it yet. I will be posting it on Nov. 1st and it will be much more awesome than this knife. :D

Wrong one! I'll be posting the knife (which is going to be twice as awesome as this one) on Nov. 1st. I'll give more detail when it gets closer to that time. ;)

This is a extremely sweet looking blade. What makes the picture though is the combination of the old world map in the background and the fine lines of the knife. I have a sweet spot of the smaller tanto and others that fit in the hand well. Stay with it.

Thanks, man! If I make tantos I like them to be a bit smaller than everyone else makes them.

I think that for concealment purposes, yes, small and agile is better.

Indeed, i've done 2 in the time i've been making knives, and they were interesting to do, but i wouldnt want to do them all the time, more of an interesting change of pace!

I'm not sure to tell you the truth. It doesn't have a date on it as far as I know.

Ohh wow, pretty much all old maps are dated when there made so then people know what year it is where it was made so then they can understand why the names are what they are. Is that map a actual vintage real old map or just some cheap knock off?

It's a knock off. :P I only got it for the background for my knife pictures. lol. I've bought a lot of things I normally wouldn't have, just so I could have a cool background for my knives.

Ooh. Loving the new stamp, Logan. :D This is a very nice tanto. I really like
the very rough look you gave the hamon(such that it is). Like it's been through
a few wars.

Very nice work, man! :D

I'm loving the new stamp as well. So much easier to stamp things when half of your letters aren't missing or uneven.

Aaaah. I know. My gf is working on a hidden tang tanto with a wooden sheath. She puts more work into it than I do and is half the reason I made a tanto in the first place. I try not to get pulled into doing a lot of it. I love the Asian style knives, but I feel like I can't do them justice.
