Persian Pearl Dagger by Logan-Pearce Persian Pearl Dagger by Logan-Pearce
So this really isn't a picture that I wanted to share, because I had hoped that I would get a high quality one. I've had this one for months, if you are a friend of mine on my Facebook then you would have wondered what I meant when I said I had made the heaviest knife in the world. Well this was it. I did it completely traditional in the beginning...but it literally weighed 5lbs.

So I slimmed it down a lot, did different carving and etching than I had originally planned. In the end I took the etch in the front off and sent the knife to the buyer. I had hoped to get a good quality picture by now, but it looks like that might not happen. I'm still going to try to get one though and then!! You will see how awesome this knife really is.

Also, thank you for everything. As with the last few months, I haven't been able to reply to messages/e-mails/calls, but hopefully I'll be back to my old ways soon enough. I do know that two knives I made some time ago are being photographed...finally. So I should get quality pictures of a bowie and a hunter next week. Not my best works, but at least it is something a little different.

Hope you are all doing well!

First i will start with what i like about it. I looks well made and made for use. I like the way you also make the blade something to look at. the handle look the right size for any normal sized hand. The pearl is a nice touch and add a nice look to make things stand out a little more.

What i dont like. But i can not really say i dont like just not what i would do but as i am not the artist that dont matter its just my opinion lol. the look at the bottom of the handle i think takes away from the blade i would have gone with something indented like at the top of the handle. and this is just my personal likes but i like to see some aging in the gold of the handle.

All and all it is beautiful work and i think it is something i would love to own.
What do you think?

Good lord, that's a beautiful knife. I like the contrast between the solid colors of the handle versus the damascene of the blade. I also really like the style of the knife (are persian knives called something specific?). The buyer is a very lucky person to have this and I am firmly on the jealous side of the grass. Beautiful work~ <3

This has to be one of the most beautiful knives I've seen you make. In fact,
it is one of the most beautiful knives I've seen at all. Brilliant work, Logan! +Fave!
