A commissioned Rebar Tanto. I forged it out and made it based off my memory of the first one I did some time ago... then when I looked at the original, I realized I should have looked at it before making this one. lol.

The original:

It was much shorter and more curved than this one. My tantos have been changing a lot lately. Mainly, because I didn't plan on making many/any tantos in the first place.

I have been collecting knives for a very long time (over 30 years) and it still amazes me how Bladesmiths, as yourself, can bring a piece of steel to life. The balance of form and function is not always easy to do, I think you nailed it on this one. I really enjoyed the rest of your work, also.
