Updated Bolt Knife by Logan-Pearce Updated Bolt Knife by Logan-Pearce
Bolt Knife
OAL: 9"

Updated with my new Pearce stamp and man did it look big at first. I got so use to seeing the smaller scripted Pearce stamp on everything that it looked weird after I did it. I had to compare it to my original Pearce stamp and it was the same size. So I really did just get use to seeing the smaller version.

It's a lot easier to read though! I like it. :D

Beautifull work all around! Would love to see you do something in the line of the phillipine Kerambit knives, which both this and the Wrench Knife look a lot like altough these are a lot bigger.

When I get around to it, I'm totally going to make a few of those. There are a ton of knife styles that I want to make. So little time. :P

Logan, you should check out the Japanese name stamps...they make them in metal to stamp knives also. and as small as you can get. It's done in Kanji or chinese graphic that represents what you're "called" in the language.

Thanks! I'm probably sticking with english, since a lot of people find me from just seeing a knife with my name on it. I would looove to just have a cool symbol on it, but I would rather everyone know my name, than be supa cool. lol

Nicely executed. That's a pretty knife.

As a side note I bought a starret scale (ruler) for my dad who's a machinist. Starret is on of the best machinist tool makers. I could hardly believe that the 1/8th markings really were an 1/8th of an inch.

Sometimes the sharpness of the markings affects your perception.
