Seriously. >.< I was going for a hunting-ish type knife. A full tang version of my Ceros. When I was finished, I was like wtf, it looks like a kitchen knife. ;_;
You can see all the knives I've posted this past week on my forum, plus more that I won't post, because I have a lot of other knives that I'm finishing up that deserve the spot light and I hate spamming you guys. Which is why a lot of the time you see work that I finished like a month or so ago. I just like to space them out that way you don't have a crap ton of them over night.
Aaaand~ The start of a new tutorial/W.I.P. Here are the first two videos:
I will be doing videos of myself and my own work. Like forging some tomahawks and a few of my remnant blades. Once I lose the weight I put on over the holidays. mawhaha.
Anyway! I have much, much better work coming soon.
Logan Pearce Youtube account! I actually have one of the videos on the homepage of my website...I wonder if it will crash now. _______________________________________
Ooh me too! I'm still not happy enough with my work to actually own it myself. As far as kitchen knives go at least. Lol. I would sit there and look at my flaws the entire time.
Hmm, maybe its a knife one might find sticking out of a choppnig block... a rustic looking block of course. The texture on the handle appears to hold the nand nice... ooops, I cut of my finger... h = n
Naw, I haven't. I never saw myself doing kitchen knives. It seems that I get more and more requests for them, but I don't trust a lot of people to actually take care of them being around water and acidic soaps. Not with the carbon knives that I typically make.
I do make a few stainless blades, but that is rarely. If I ended up doing more stainless I probably would.
